If the gearing is played out right and its massive power is produced in the right place, its possible. The outside conditions play and even bigger role though.

Which record? There are literally hundreds of different records to choose from ranging from engine displacement to vehicle style to type of fuel used, the list goes on and on. I'm sure they can find a little niche record out there somewhere and compete, dozens of records are made every meet. Ive seen rubber band vehicles and motorized bicycles set world records.

if im correct, 399 enzo's were built. Many have been crashed.. and many have been highly modified by tuning houses like Edo, Gemballa.... how many untouched are left?

LS7.. I have been to places like Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai.. & trust me.. the only unmodified cars that run on the roads are Taxis.. people have much more money than taste there.. tuning shops make a fortune in such places..

lol, this car will fly and flip over as soon it reaches the 400kmh, it wont beat the Veyron for sure. AND lloll again at "That nose will make the Enzo aerodynamically stable at speeds of around 300 mph (483 km/h).

Why assume it's trying to beat the Veyron. Bugatti has the record for the fastest production street legal car. This car is no longer factory production, the moment he bolted on those turbos he is exempt from that title weather or not he goes faster. Besides there are a lot more prestigious titles to compete for, none so useless as a 261mph street car.

Is the facility to setup metric instruments and marking posts available at Bonneville?

"It's owner, Richard Losee, crashed the car in a rally back in 2006" Now this is a guy who knows how to use his Enzo properly, how about a rally?! hahahaha
More amazing though is the fact that Ferrari had to pre-approve the purchasers of the Enzo...great research they made don't u think?! not
