I you both think this is ugly, then you're not a fan of the original Stratos either. It's just modern reinterpretation of the old Stratos, and unlike many modern interpretations of old cars, it didn't get fat at all, which is a good thing for me.

if you love the original then this is a GOOD effort. hopefully it won't be limited in production or too expensive. If you don't like it, then tough....it's called being human. we are all different. BUILD IT FOR THE MASSES!!!

I agree with you DUCATI46! Don't forget, the original was not supposed to be 'pretty' it was an out-and-out rally car.Personally I think this is a very good modern re-make, except, perhaps for the front end.

It must be a difficult design to recreate with 21st century health & safety mercilessly intruding as much as it does. I therefore think it's all very well done, except for the headlights. It should be pretty damn fast too, with what looks like (and is rumoured to be) a 4.3 Ferrari V8 under the, er, can you call that a bonnet? With a cost-no-object development, this New Stratos should be really something.

What a beautiful car. A retro design but fresh at the same time. There are too many fast cars these days and too little people to drive them. Prices of sports cars are way too expensive in this day and age

i think this design is great. it looks beautiful. though...at the back, that space in the middlde, i think they should put a central exhaust, instead of the dual tailpipes. i think it would look better

Unfortunately Lancia is a different company these days...No more crazy 4WD Deltas, V4 engines, etc, just economy cars. It would be awesome if Lancia could re-live their glory days and this would be a good start in that direction.
