Mercedes CLC Shooting Brake coming in 2013?

According to a recent report, Mercedes will introduce a CLC Shooting Brake (codenamed X117) in September 2013.

Based on the redesigned B-Class, the CLC SB will measure 4.4m (173.2") long which puts it squarely between the 4.2m (165.4") CLC Coupe and the 4.6m (181.1") C-Class Estate. Styling is expected to mimic the Shooting Brake concept, which debuted at the 2010 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition as a preview of the 2012 CLS and a rumored CLS Shooting Brake.

Under the hood, a variety of turbocharged four-cylinder engines will be offered. Petrol options are expected to include a 1.2-liter with 109 PS (80 kW / 108 hp), a 1.4-liter with 136 PS (100 kW / 134 hp), a 1.6-liter with 156 PS (115 kW / 154 hp), and a 2.0-liter with 204 PS (150 kW /201 hp). Diesel choices will include a 122 PS (90 kW/ 120 hp) 1.6-liter, a 136 PS (100 kW / 134 hp) 1.8-liter, and a 170 PS (125 kW / 168 hp) 2.2-liter.

The range topping CLC 22 AMG will reportedly feature a supercharged four-cylinder engine that produces 276 PS (203 kW / 272 hp). To ensure it isn't a torque steer monster, 4Matic all-wheel will be standard.
