oh no, first it was the BMW E60 5-Series.. and now it is Mercedes-Benz's W219 CLS. Both the V10 M5 and the CLS 55 AMG V8 Kompressor is already a definite classic.

How very sad. No car to me, not even future CLS generations will have the same impact on me with its sweeping lines and timeless design. Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on one in good condition in the near future.

There goes a pretty Mercedes. Classy and pretty without even being Italian (L-shaped headlights FTW), and the AMG was awesome. I don't think it was the inventor of the term "4-Door Coup?" though. The Mazda RX-8 was the first car to have that term attached to it, as far as I know.

Mazda? It's joke? Maserati QP - classic 4th-door coupe, and set of other cars with 'fastback' body

The Quattroporte was/is a very stylish sports saloon, but it's not really a coup?.

legendary car. we'll be seeing these on the grounds at pebble beach 40 years on down the road. no future "4-door coupe" will ever be as good.
