Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz to star on Top Gear

Will promote their new movie Knight and Day

According to a recent report, Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz will make a guest appearance on this weekend's episode of Top Gear.

The two movie stars will take a spin in the reasonably priced car, the Kia Cee'd, to promote Knight and Day which opens in the UK on August 6th.

Oddly enough, a Sun source indicates it was Cruise's people who contacted the show about a possible appearance. As you can imagine, Top Gear was happy to oblige considering Cruise and Diaz are some of the biggest stars to ever appear on the program.

It's good they are getting more international (albeit American) stars on the show. After all there are more people watching this show worldwide than just in Great Britain.

couldn't agree more. top gear is a good show. they blew rivals like fifth gear away. they are humorously good, their reviews are exceptionally good and they have lots of interesting races, creative ideas. in my opinion, they are biased, leaned more towards britian cars. aston martin etc.
