No surprise. We can all enjoy discussing which is better than the other but the fact remains: the quality from end to end is the best available.

one of reasons i like german car makers is their stability , U.S brands go up in biggest manufacturers list but Germans keep their positions , Japanese car makers make largest number of cars but again Germans are the same.

I don't think it's engineering or quality they look for (especialy the chinese don't care about quality) it's only prestige. And prestige is only marketing

No big surprise. German cars are just the best, just like most things which are build or produced in Germany.

SeakIT99, Saying you hate Germans is ignorant, uneducated and racist. Why do you hate me? What have I, my Mom, my siblings done to you? What has Michael Schumacher done to you? What has Heidi Klum to make you hate her? Why do you hate us? Do you just say blanket statements about American, Japanese, British as well? Not cool dude. So not cool! Grow up!

Well this isnt suprising. Your choices are the British, which are very highy priced. Japan, which is just a bunch of rebadged Toyotas, Hondas, and Nissans. Or, American, low-quality rebading... and non Escalade Cadillacs. The choice is easy.

TheSpartan,
The Nazi Regime, that took over Germany and our Weimar Democratic Republic killed 3 million Sinti-Roma. The Germans are not, and cannot still be blamed for what happend during the awful 12 years of the Nazi Regime. The World is still not angry and resentful at Japan or Italy for it's WWII atrocities! Why is it ok, to still demonize the Germans? TRUST ME...we've paid for what happened during WWII...and we keep paying everyday!!! Germany has contributed greatly to the world for hundreds of years...Music, Medicine, Literature, Machinery, etc, etc. It is not fair to let 12 horrible years overshadow hundreds of years of glorious accomplishments! :)

Like the chinese care about quality and engineering. Those people wouldn't know what quality is even if it hit them in the head! It's all prestige. That's it! In California majority of German car owners are asians and mostly chinese descent. Check the forums like M3 post, and a lot of the car meets. Lots of asians, so no surprise there.

I'm not surprised they need to increase production. In the UK, demand for Audi models has been so strong that lead times for delivery has been a very minimum of 3-4 months for the past few years. I know people who have ordered Q5s in January and won't receive their car until October. I have just ordered the facelifted TT for delivery in December. 4 months just to have a new car better be worth the wait.

Hero Sina is right the German car makers are solid and dependable products. You know what your going to get.

In a nut shell.....German is the best, most reliable ever.... & China will soon kill us with its faulty products......
