Mercedes SLS AMG Black Edition by Kicherer

Engine produces 620 hp (629 PS / 462 kW)

Kicherer has unveiled a new styling and performance package for the Mercedes SLS AMG.

Dubbed the Black Edition, the car features a matte foil-wrapped exterior, a front spoiler lip, a revised rear diffuser, and 20-inch RS-1 wheels. Other goodies include an adjustable sports suspension (with a lift feature), matte black exterior accents (instead of chrome), and a Kicherer badge on the hood.

In terms of performance, the SLS is outfitted with revised ECU and a stainless steel sport exhaust system. Thanks to these modifications, the 6.3-liter (6208cc) V8 produces 620 hp (629 PS / 462 kW) instead of 563 hp (571 PS / 420 kW).

Don't mind the car being in black, just they should have left the chrome parts visable. and the rims don't suit the car at all.

Somebody needs to tell tuners that flat black is NOT cool on everything. Also, black wheels with chromed lips are overused, dare I say tacky. These "tuners" should follow what enthusiasts do on their own and try to follow their demands instead of shoving this old crap down their throats... This is definitely an example of what NOT to do...

Don't like the paint, don't like the wheels. Waiting for Brabus version and renedered Lorinser version couple of months ago. It was a great drawing, with modified front and retro wheels, hope Lorinser will produce it. The standard SLS is on the market for quite some time, I wonder why Brabus hasn't show their version yet. Come on Brabus !!!

They should've blackened the seats too,with red stitching, different rims,no chrome...the SLS is fine,could've been a lil bigger and the should've kept the SLR

Not a fan of the black and ugly rims. Car overall is amazing though. I just entered this competition and thought people her might want to enter too. If you go to the MSL AMG facebook page you can get the chance to win a 3 day AMG advanced training course at the famous Spa-Francorchamps racetrack. Beautiful cars on one of the world's best racecourses. factory AMG model is very stunning without modification. if one wants to make it better, it need lot of hard work, isnt easy at all. they should at least take time to make it better-looking. i will take the AMG version anytime over this thing. I'll take mine in white and red. the curves and shape of SLS will make modification a challenge.
