Lifesize Bugatti Veyron made from used cigarette boxes [Video]
Check out this video from a Chinese television news report showing a Bugatti Veyron built entirely out of cigarette packs. The model is not only capable of supporting passengers, but can also move at slow speeds both forwards and backwards thanks to an electric motor.
The car was built by Sun Yonggan, a 22-year-old sophmore at Xi’an Electrical and Information Institute, and his four roommates. The five students spent eight months assembling the vehicle from 10,280 cigarette packs. Full weight of the vehicle is over 300 kg (661 lbs).
The student team built the car for World No Tobacco Day, an anti-tobacco initiative by the World Health Organization held annually on May 31.

Not a bad effort, but not as good as when TopGear Magazine made a Rolls-Royce out of, well, TopGear magazines.

doesn't look anything like a Veyron. It DOES look like like a Chinese knock-off of a Veyron I'd expect to see @ a Beiging Auto Show. Quality seems about right...

Stupid idea. What does it mean?? Smoking kills you faster than Veyron?? What's the point of it. Creator is bored or unemployed??

Considering how often it caught fire during development, I somehow doubt that...

If you cannot afford yur own Bugatti, just make it yourself ;) Positive idea if you want to make some dreams come true, but he could try more with car body shape.

Boring of course. However not much worse than Porsche made from cooking folio. Art is everywhere! Just repeat in most bad possible way things already done by others.
