just buy an Evo. it's a better car and it doesn't look like it's already been in a massive accident.

Why does UK get all kinds of special editions of cars, and the rest of the Europe doesn't? It can't be that hard to make them left-hand-drive (the way the modern world drives) and to ship them to some other country to be sold there.

This particular car suits the UK in that a) The new body makes it a "Hot Hatch" and we buy more of those than any other nation, b) Cosworth is British and c) The Subaru Impreza has enjoyed huge popularity here and has somewhat of a cult status, partly due to Colin McRae (R.I.P) and Richard Burns (R.I.P). Now I'm not saying that the rest of Europe doesn't deserve the CS400 or saying we're better or anything like that, maybe they just know the limited run would sell out here or something. Plus I looked up switching a GT-R to LHD - only because I know one exists - and it seems like a pretty big job; they had to make a new firewall, move all sorts of things around so it all fits, and it was all jolly expensive. This also being a 4WD Japanese car, I figure it's similarly hefty. Cossie probably use UK-Market Imprezas to save money. But I'm sure if you and your wallet ask nicely, they'll get a leftie and do one for you. Although, frankly, it's expensive enough... Lastly, it would be quite troublesome to switch UK roads to "The Modern Way", what with all our cars being RHD, all the re-painting needed, telling everyone, etc.

Much respect for Cosworth, however, the price is ridiculous. It?s more than 2x the price of the original. And I guess all 75 will be driving on the wrong side of the road?

"silver, dark grey or red" - No rally blue? BOO! I'm not sure if I prefer this over an Evo X FQ-400...

No thanks, the car is awesome, but there is no way I'll pay ?50k for a hatchback. I'll stick to the WRX STI 330S.

This thing confuses me. At that price and all those upgrades, it needs to be putting down at least 400hp.. at the wheels, not at the crank. Though it would need some beefed up transmission hardware. Subaru needs to produce a WRC street version for it to be truly special.

I'll pick the Evo FQ400 instead Even with Cosworth's help, I'm not convince with this car

this car is amazing..however id still go for the Mitsubishi EVO X FQ 400, although i kinda hate the fact the Evo X looks very similar to the new lancer, unlike the evo 7,8 and 9
