Features a revised front bumper

Our spies have caught a facelifted Aston Martin DBS (or DB9) running around the Nürburgring.

While there's some debate as to what this model is (the company has been known to use mismatched parts to throw off spy photographers), we're leaning towards calling it an updated DBS. We're not 100% sure, but it seems doubtful Aston would turn the DB9 into a clone of the more expensive DBS.

So if this is a DBS, what can we expect? Not much, apparently. The only change appears to be a revised lower front bumper.

Under the hood, power will continue to be provided by a 6.0-liter V12 engine. It will likely continue to produce 510 hp (380 kW / 517 PS) and 570 Nm (420 ft-lb) of torque.

Regardless of what this model really is, look for an official unveiling at the Paris Motor Show.

They 'lifted at least the DB9 and AMV8, but that just consisted of taking a bar out of the grille and adding new wheels. They may have given the DBS similar treatment upon arrival of the Volante.

If that's the DB9, I gonna be suicidal, the DB9 has been my favourite car of all time for 6 years, it might not be the best, but sure as hell it is one of the prettiest car ever made and I don't want that "is" turn into a "was" anytime soon

Oh my God, I vote Aston Martin as the sexiest car of all time. If I had one in my Garage, I would kiss this baby everyday after I wake up...if I I ever go to sleep that is.

Hmmm. If this is using trick body parts, I would still bank on that being a genuine front bumper, because it's not just taken off the DBS. It does, however, look vaguely similar to that of the V12 Vantage. So maybe this is a DB9 Vantage? I'm not sure I like the new bumper tbh. The new bulges in the bottom corners make it look like a pretty lady with dodgy liposuction. It might look better with a splitter under it. Or maybe just look better on a finished car.
