ONYX Concept 2010 Range Rover Sport and Vogue, 1024, 12.05.2010

Irish tuners Onyx Concept have released two new kits for the 2010 Range Rover Sport and Vogue.  Both the Platinum S and Platinum V packages combine to provide better engine performance, and a full set of body modifications.

Power on the 3.6-liter V8 turbo diesel engine can be boosted by 30% to 347 hp (259 kW / 352 PS), while the 5.0-liter supercharged petrol V8 engine is bumped up by about 26%.  The top shelf petrol now boasts 635 horsepower (474 kW / 644 PS) thanks to a remapped engine control unit, a new supercharger pulley, and undisclosed "other tweaks."

New front and rear bumpers were also installed, as were modified spoilers and new fender flares.  Parts were built out of both carbon fiber and fiber-reinforced plastic.  Interior mods include the generous use of buffalo-hide leather.

Pricing for the Onyx Platinum S and Platinum V packages have not yet been revealed.

On so many levels I would rather have a ML 350 or even a cadillac SRX than this.

Brabus G-wagon for the win. 6.3L Twin Turbo, 720hp 1100nm. Now that's a beast, and it looks better than this ricer mobile. This is completely over done, for range rovers and jaguars there is only really 1 tuner that hits the mark, Arden.

isn't Brabus G-Wagon riced as well, look at it, huge wheels and hideous LED lights and I bet this car is cheaper than the Brabus

What do you mean it looks riced out? The LEDs under the headlights are actually kind of nice. They are an option anyways. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/brabus-g-v12-s-biturbo/

I like this the diesel one makes sense and it can actually go offroad unlike ML350, SRX, if I didn't put the body kit, which misses the point

The ONYX kit is all carbon fibre and the quality and precision is second to none! The team at ONYX are the most dedicated and conscientious group of people I know. What's more, we are lucky enough to be an authorised dealer
