a much cheaper S-klasse. S-Klasse wannabe. Poor man's S-Klasse. is it? I think not. It's a special product for a special market. Do you remember the long base W 123 versions made for the Middle-East countries in the late '70s and well into the '80s? It's the same MB strategy, except now the "nouveau-riche" speeks Chinese, not some Arabic gibberish.

I think Mercedes E 300L provided for chinese market is not enough, it'd better be rolled out in the world ....
