Limited edition Monaco GP comes in its own color scheme of pearl white and black

Renault has released full details on the Laguna Coupe Monaco GP limited edition series.

Distinguishing the Monaco GP series will be its unique color scheme of a pearl white set against the black of the roof, side mirror housings and the 18-inch alloy wheels. On the inside, the charcoal leather finish comes with the gray embroidered Monaco GP badging on the seatbacks. Badges with the Monaco GP tag are also featured on the grill and body sides. The special edition also comes with a GT steering wheel.

The Laguna Coupe Monaco GP will be available with a choice of three engines on the diesel side. The dCi 150 (110 kW) and the dCi 180 (131 kW) are both 2.0 liter diesels good for 150 and 180 hp, respectively. Also on offer will be the 3.0 liter V6 dCi diesel with 235 hp and 450 Nm of torque.

Only one gasoline/petrol will be fitted to the Laguna Coupe Monaco GP and that is the 3.5 liter V6 with 240 hp (175 kW) and 330 Nm of torque.

The Laguna Coupe Monaco GP will also feature the 4Control, all-wheel steering system develop by Renault Sport Technologies. The 4Control chassis gives the Laguna Coupe superior handling as well as the same turning circumference as Renault's Clio model.

Prices for the Laguna Coupe Monaco GP edition start at €38,000. The model will be available for order by the middle of May and goes on sale at Renault dealers across Europe in June.

Seems to be a lot of split opinions of this car here. I for one this it's a great looking car, classy and definitely bloated. I think that people who don't like this car have become too accustomed to modern bloated cars and have forgotten what a car should look like. Thumbs up! A little underpowered though. I expected more power from a 3.5L... Plus, that C-Pillar is absolute sex.

You're a bit rude, it's looking ok (rear is more Aston Martin than Alfa) Also there's the great 4control system, Just too bad they didnt refresh the interior and/or give a tinted glass roof.
