yeah why not can the one, keep to a 2/2.2 litre turbo. why naturally-aspirated in this day and age, I don't know.

Actually it looks like a great compact car period... I hope they find the financing needed to produce it. They've done platform sharing with the Subaru Imprezza previously...

SAAB officially dropped the V6 engine on the current 9-3s and it seemingly was a move for smaller engines, it's become outdated, a lot of 4 Cylinder engines are able to achieve what that old 2.8 could. I personaly don't belive this article on 2.2 and 2.8 turbo...I would like to see 1.6 and 2.0 liter turbos... with more power ...

Don't know why you think Saab is dropping the 2.8 V6 as it is the range topper in the new 9-5, and is still the range topper in the current 9-3
