I guess, there IS a limit for a street legal sports car. And we're at the brink of crossing that line. All the high end modified supercars are crashing, that has to say something. Too bad, I really like these cars and followed their development.
Just my thinking...

There is a limit to every cars performance and it has more to do with the nut holding the steering wheel or the nuts that put the car together than the inanimate object we refer to as a car/sports car/super car etc. Resistentialism sums it up quite nicely :D

It's the same problem fighter jet designers are facing, humans can't keep up with that kind of speed. Until we evolve or merk frost mutates us, machinery such as cars and planes will perform well beyond our biological limits.

i WANT so much to like this car, but that old cliche of "it looks like an R8" applies here, you cant deny that profile shot. and then on top of that the whole vehicle kind of looks like a kit car racer in some areas like the side intake with those rivets looks horrible, to me it just does not look like the precision and build quality, that porsche is known for.

ok hold up, "FOXHOUND" how in the world does the 9FF look like an R8. What ever your smoken or taking at the time when you posted this message, you need to quit. The 9ff is an remarkable machine and I'm sure there will be more news regarding this beast of a machine

How about, Unreliable remarkable machine... It's crap... Overkill if you will... Most of their test trials went flop...dmanero... U need the same prescreption of smokables... lol

997- I just commenting on how FOXHOUND is saying that its another R8 look alike. And as for the 9ff being a flop, every new car will have its failures in the beginning. Look at the Zonda C9 and the new Porsche that in testing right now, they both have had crashes. Personally a car with that much power is a waste on the streets, I just like the style of the body.

no supercar manufacturer's engineering technology can override the immutable laws of Physics

im sorry... but how bout the veyron? lol. all these other cars are trying to achieve greater than the veyron, and they're either achieving it with large amounts of crashes, or they aren't achieving it with high amount of crashes lol. has anyone died in a veyron yet? (serious question..)

who would crash a Veyron at an extremely high speed? theyre the most expensive cars in the world, so they wont risk their cars b4 their lives lol even by driving them, even tho ppl still end up fing up
April 3, 2010 12:20 pm
Yes, the Veyron is still the proper deal. The rest are a bunch of quasi workshops pushing out experiments with no significant science backing them up. Dangerous stuff if you think about it.

i would not bank on that , gents...the Titanic sank , the SpaceShuttle burned after liftoff , Abrams main battle tanks and Apache attack helicopters get blasted in theater of operations....Murphy sure knew what he was talking about .
