I do hope Stefan GP get in next year. They pretty much didn't get in this year purely because of USF1. Prodrive would be a welcome addition too, especially as they announced plans last year to change their name to Aston Martin if they were successful enough to get away with it (Although I'm not sure how well "Aston Martin" and "Formula 1" go together).
