Well, they will look awkward with the roof up. I don't see the benefits of owning a 4 door convertible when you compare it to a better looking 2 door drop top or a more practical 4 door saloon, and they are probably cheaper too.

For those of you not born before the 70's- here is a wake-up call- a 4-door convertible is the ULTIMATE pimp-mobile. And those of us who grew up loving those cars in the 70's, 60's etc. have been working tirelessly to make enough money to have what we want, that, added to a mid-life crisis and a few other factors, and you will find that Porsche has a HUGE market awaiting should this turn out true. I can personally imagine takin my 16 year old daughter to netball in one of these and being the cooles dad in the parking lot.

"coolest dad in the parking lot" ? i hope beyond hope that there is a whooole lot of sarcasm in your comments! there would be nothing more humiliating for your daughter then for her middle aged dad to have, what he would refer to as, his "pimp-mobile"!!! on another note, thank god! these are so far from reality its not funny! and yes... where's this 928 successor?
