They conducted an "engineering feasibility" on a vehicle that, "in terms of chassis and mechanics" will be "based on the Mercedes-Benz G-Class." The German engineers who designed the bulletproof chassis and mechanicals upon which the Gazal 1 will be based will, after nearly 40 long years, finally be able to get some sleep secure in the knowledge that a bunch of 19 year-old kids from a country with a long and storied history of automobile production (cough) have stamped their seal of approval on the G-Wagen's underpinnings. Here's a good photo of a G-Wagen in which the feasibility of it's engineering is being tested by having all four of it's wheels off the ground: http://www.dopeshiz.com/G-Wagen.jpg

Although the car is ugly as hell, I give them props for trying. Much better than the shoe skating hoby they showed on youtube...lol

Did the word stylish go out the window on the first day on the job?

It is a good effort, considering the starting point is a 30-year-old design. The spare tire bulge is a detail last seen on the Isuzu Vehicross and rarely copied. A shame, since it is good looking and practical. The upright windscreen is inescapable, coming from the G-Class. There are also design overtones from the Ssangyong Korando.

This is a joke and the designer who supervised this should be fired where he can then make ugly home appliances...

this fugly car should be crushed with the designers watching , then cut into pieces and presented to them with bit*ch slaps .

first, it's a concept, it's not a bomb, so why being so angry with it?! second, it's a mix including some toyota fj parts, some old russian military truck, some other '60s-to-'80s range 4x4 vehicles organs and...hum, inspiration. still, it's a concept car from that part of the world that never ever have build a car - did you ever hear of an Arabian automaker?!
