Sad times are here, ladies and gentelmen. These new cars are all the same. No matter what brand they are, only details are different. What once was modern and dynamic, now is boring and bold, because everycar looks same. I need to buy myself old 4 wheels and take care of it so it lasts for 20 years. Maybe something will change then.

Let's play a game of Spot The Plagiarism! There's a strong whiff of Toyota/Lexus in the front mask (or perhaps a US Market Honda Accord), BMW side creases, Toyota FT-86 wheels, a Honda-cum-Audi window line and in the 3rd picture - if you squint - you can see the new Alfa Giulietta. Also... "we are now working intensively on electric mobility; and that includes plug-in hybrid drive, as well as an all-electric vehicle" - Because you're behind the times. How many concept cars are there going to be here that are very similar to this in terms of idea(s)?

before reading your comment it was exactly my thought: some BMW and Audi elements... but overall it's quite clean (not exactly a concept car IMO). I could see here the next Leon (I hate the current SEAT model line)

Not bad for Seat. Very sporty and pleasing to the eye.

Will it be the next Audi version of seat as Exeo does for the old A4? the front will be tuned down to almost A3's headlamp, just sharper. However the end is identical with seat Ibiza Bocanegra (interpret it with a full glass and more rounded line and yes, it is only on the 130% size). Nice styling car, though, hope it will resemble the A3 interior but with more styling fitures as appear on TT.

SEAT's version of the Audi A1. One size fits all for VW! Boring.

SEAT's answer to the A1 is the since long available Ibiza. This on the other side is a little smaller and could be (if I understand it) SEAT's answer to the VW Up Concept. Anywho, it still irks me that it so looks like a VW T5 since it also has black tires and a windshield. They copied the patented system of using outer rearview mirrors, four wheels and and a steering wheel for the driver, what were they thinking, don't they have any respect for intellectual property?

VW managed to ruin it's least boring brand by making it the most boring! Also, calling everything but coupes coupes is such an cheap PR stunt. We have sedans that are marketed as coupes, now hatchbacks that are coupes. I'm going to go ahead and predict that wagons will eventually also be called coupes as people will realize there is no "sport" in "sports wagon"... I would like to address a sincere "go to hell" to everyone in charge of design at VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda, YOU SUCK!

Nice lines. I always liked the Seat design (except the late Toledo). Anyway, it seems that we have to go back to smaller cars. And lighter ones. The reasons: fuel consumption and busy traffic.

very Lexus-like with some Acura angularity, and Audi lighting and proportions.

The design itself is nothing noteworthy, but the light engineering is spectacular.

What's wrong with calling it what it is, a hatchback.

why does this car look like a chopped and tuned Audi A3?? ..probably because they will "tune exactly this car down" to an official sale version, wich has finally the same design as the current A3, but is called the brand new Seat model... ..and even then, they can paint it all in white and call once again a boring car as the sale version of a stunning concept... (..as done on the Bocanegra...)

Firstly. No Seat would ever copy any Toyota, Honda or BMW because they're either boring or too conventional. Secondly, people who call themselves car enthusiasts complain that cars look the same and copy each other, well they would if they have 4 wheels, a bonnet, windows, headlights, rear lights ect. There's not alot you can do to make a car uniquely different, unless you add/take wheels, put windows from a hubble telescope and put the cabin under the chassis. Seat however try to be different unlike most brands so give them credit. And finally, people say cars copy eachother, but people copy eachother in their comments, it gets so boring reading the same comments over and over again. Don't conform to other people's opinions. Have ur own!
