wow, a hybrid to get excited about. i'm interested. the only problem i have with green sports cars is the fact manufacturers seem to be leaving behind the 6 gate manual transmission. i for one think that is a mistake, removing driving pleasure and control. i don't need a computer to tell me when to shift or blip the throttle, that's up to me to control.

The only drive to the wheels is provided by electric motors. There is no gearbox per se. The paddles are trickery. But it would be even harder to pull of the illusion with a fake clutch and fake shift stick.

And lets be fair, anyone complaining about a lack of a "6 gate manual transmission." is someone who watches too much top gear.

i can only watch old topgear in the part of canada i live in. i'm biased because i slam shifts constantly with the pursuit of perfect clutch work and heal-toe shifts daily. that's why i like gated 'boxes, not 'cause some past his prime brit tells me i should like it.
-and thanks for the clarification bristol, didn't think of it that way.

A great idea full of great ideas, but why must it have penises on the bottom of the window?
Also, I hope the HALOsonic system is programmable to sound like any car. Although instead of tin-of-beans exhaust pipes that sound horrible, in the future, we'll have electric C2s programmed to sound like Murci?lago SVs. Better I suppose, but all the more disappointing when you turn round to see what it really is.

It's a concept. And the styling you are referring to is from PCB layouts. So retro it's cool again. No production car will have that on the windows like the teaser images to
