The aluminum four-cylinder unit powers the Infiniti EX30d......so is it a V6 or L4?????

It's an iron V6. I was puzzled too (great job again WCF). I assumed a 3.0L diesel I4 would be a NVH nightmare, so, I read the press-release...

it's a Renault V6 Diesel!!! It arrives via Nissan, but it's a Renault and a pretty good one!

This SUV is nice but the engine I think come from the Mercedes not Renault!!!

mercedes doesn't have a 3 liter diesel engine. It is either 2.8 or 3.2 liter. and since when should be nissan colaborating with mercedes? especialy if they had this engine "in the house"...
