New photos of the 2011 BMW X5 M Sport Package have surfaced on the company's German car configurator.

While details are limited, the package seems to include matching body colored aero kit including front and rear bumper fascias, side skirts, and exclusive 19-inch wheels. Inside, the cabin will likely be outfitted with sport seats, an M Sport steering wheel, and special aluminum trim.

In terms of performance, the X5 should feature Adaptive Drive and an increased top speed limiter (in the U.S. anyways).

Look for more information to be released in the coming weeks.

Damn that sucks for the person who bought one only a couple of months ago thinkin he had the latest and greatest, and now his model is outdated, will no surprise here bmw has been doing this for years.

Actually the normal X5 & 6 look much better than the M version, I saw both of the XMs and they are not nice looking especially the rear, for the X5 the M sport package is nice and this kit is nicer than the 08-09 M package.

This particular M Sport Package looks inadequate to me just because the X5M and X6M are so beastly.

M!

when does BMW ever offer a cosmetic package that actually tops the real M? does audi do that with their S-line? no.

No need to get so defensive. I'm just stating how beastly the M SUVs are.
