don't think so. the 3 and the 5-doors have the same wheelbase. But maybe it's practical, when the driver-pair has an break down and the tools for repairing are easier to get out of the "fond". Other then it's senceless. a 3-door may lighter. ...impressive power. Isn't there a maximum of 300 hp for WRC?

Ken Block is like a rallying mastermind. Or at least a drifting one. This Fiesta's paint scheme is awesome, probably the best RallyX livery out there.

490bhp on a Fiesta? The prospect of that is terrifying. Too bad it will have the restrictor.

What about the 700bhp Pikes Peak version?

after seeing on a Top Gear episode what Ken Block can do in a rally car I'm sure he'll do an amazing job in this car. can't wait to see some races

The 5-door is because it'll be a global car, unlike the 3-door which isn't available in North America. Regardless, WRC spec also has a minimum weight... of which both varieties of car are under. It'll be carrying ballast either way. Also, won't he be driving a Focus on the WRC stops, and the Fiesta in the American series?
