Top speed of 202 mph

speedART has unveiled the BTR II 580, which is based on the Porsche 911 Turbo (997).

To improve the car's performance, speedART installed revised engine electronics (which increase boost pressure) and a new sport exhaust system. Thanks to these modifications, the 3.8-liter engine produces 580 hp and 720 Nm of torque (and increase of 80 hp and 120 Nm). Backed up by Porsche's PDK transmission, the BTR II accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).

In terms of styling, the car features an aerodynamic body kit, which consists of a front chin spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser, a roof-mounted spoiler and a rear wing, and lightweight 20-inch LSC forged wheels. Inside, speedART added a sport steering wheel, sport seats, carbon fiber trim, and leather/alcantara upholstery.

The BTR II 580 power kit costs €9890, while the body kit retails for €5100, and the wheels go for €6640.

the 997 turbo comes with 650NM torque, 700NM with overboost. 720NM is an increase of 20 to 70, not 120. i would like to see a tuner that adds lightness instead of power.

Sooner or later you people will realize horse power is only a fraction of what makes a car. The number of ponies one has is irrelevent if the vehicle is not capable of fully utilizing them.

Paint job is naff for a 911, but the concept should be 'lightweight and power' not 'absolute power'. Mean wheels though.
