Looks absolutely amazing. God I love this car. Looks like Jaaaag is really coming back to life. They reported profit this year. To bad they're closing down the factory in UK.

Not from Jaaaag, the front finders are different in the front and rear shoots, but the front looks promising

And everyone said TATA would ruin the company. But then again, they couldn't be any more negligent than Ford was.

Wrong -- this model was already in the pipeline while Ford was still in charge.

Just because 'a' new XJ was in the works, doesn't mean 'this' XJ was in the works...

The same design team exists at Jaguar while Ford owned them and now that TaTa owns them. The design team has always been separate and it's own and will remain that way. Google up on them, they're very advanced and looks like a great place to work.

Speculative or not, that stretched skin over bone design language upfront is still a success. Tata already had British brands in its portfolio so, it was in a great position to appreciate and nurture Jaguar/Land Rover heritage. GM just sold SAAB to a Beijing car company. Remember it was all Rover for Rover/MG when it ended up in the hands of Nanjing of China few years back? Say no more!
