i watched this video and was just about to type those exact words! couldn't agree more! how much better would the boxter have been to porches image (the whole 'entry level' thing) if this is how it looked from the get go... it will be interesting to see how its priced, with the cayman and boxter s being such close siblings!

I agree with dbehmoaras. I've never really liked the Boxster and the Cayman was a prettier car, but this is just beautiful.

Those are the same door handles used on the 997 GT3RS Mk II. They save weight.

This is absolutely awesome. It's strange to me how drawing what little practicality there was out of a vehicle that scarcely attracted me made it instantly desirable. I really want this car! I'm curious as to why this video shows a radio in the dash and it seems to be listed among the weight reductions on Porsche's site.
