A Lamborghini Gallardo was destroyed after the police officer driving the supercar crashed into two parked cars. The accident took place following an exhibition in Cremona, Italy, where Italian police had the car on display.
Newspaper reports have sourced an official police statement claiming that the officer driving the Lambo swerved to avoid a car exiting a gas station. How the Mercedes-Benz A-Class wound up on top of the car is anyone's guess.
Both police officers in the car were injured, with the driver suffering a ruptured vertebra and broken ribs. The pair were taken to the hospital, and should recover.
Damages to the 5.0-liter V10 Lamborghini Gallardo were extensive. It is unclear if the car will be repaired.

None of us were there, and your immediate assumption that the officer that was driving is at fault just shows your ignorance. There are experts that can reconstruct this accident to see what exactly happened. Seeing how far he is from his lane, it would suggest that he was trying to avoid something, but he's still fairly straight with the road.
The problem is now adays these supercars are too easy to drive that a lady could drive it to shopping with high heal, and people forgot that these are V10 monsters!! probably the cops don't even know the fat tires and the 8 Piston brakes needs to be warmed up after display......
