FIA confirms victory in N.Technology legal case
F1's governing body on Wednesday confirmed reports that unsuccessful 2010 team applicant N.Technology lost a round of recent court action against the FIA.
The Italian entry, whose UK parent MSC filed the legal action, claimed the team selection process earlier this year was "highly questionable", and a court hearing took place last month in Paris' Tribunal de Grande Instance.
The FIA on Wednesday said the French court "rejected all points raised by MSC" and ordered the company to pay legal costs.
