Merc also open to non-driving role for Schu - report
As well as offering Michael Schumacher the race seat alongside Nico Rosberg for 2010, Mercedes GP would also grant the seven time world champion a role of his choosing, according to a report in the Mirror.
The Brackley based team is "open to discussion on a variety of other" jobs for the 40-year-old German "whether in the cockpit, management or as a roving ambassador and advisor", the report said.
Schumacher, who retired in 2006 but almost returned to replace the injured Felipe Massa this season, is currently contracted as a consultant to Ferrari through 2012.

I wish Schumacher would just bugger off. He was a cheat and F1 is better off without him.
