They ran an ad in theaters with the CTS Coupe in it this weekend. Was pretty neat and unexpected.

Looks very nice, I like it. The profile reminds me of Audi's original Quattro and wish the nose is a little longer by pushing the A-pillar further back. I can't imagine reversing this car with those thick rear blindspots.

Probably gonna come standard with a rear view camera. GM is putting cameras on everything now a days.

I have an HP laptop with touch-sensitive buttons. They don't work - drives me mad. I hope the touch-sensitive buttons on those doors work better :)

I winced when I read about that and the taillight acting as a spoiler. These "innovations" seem as ridiculous as those other things you get on American cars, number pads to secure entry and "bras" - what were they thinking?!

that is one gorgeous piece of machinery, but very surpirsingly, I still like the sedan's design better.

Not bad, but too much "butt-heavy", the boot spoiler should have been much lower (at the same height than the windows' lines); then the side rear windows' slope would have been parallel to the roofline

Car seems OK, until you get to the huge ass. This car could do without the ugly rear end.

This is a lovely car. After seeing how beautiful these new cadillacs are in person i would choose this over a bmw 3 series or even the closest competitors such as benz or audi because of looks and performance. GREAT CAR america. I love it. seems like u are finally doing things right!!!!!!!

Looks aren't everything. While the big three come out with a gem every now and then, there's still many other things to consider.

Beautiful car. Was considering a CTS-V until I saw Consumer Report's issue on reliability. It seems that regular CTS do not fare so well even when compared to the European cars despite being built at the US factory that has some of the highest craftsmanship. Don't know if that applies to CTS-V but there sure is a long bulletin thread on CTS-V problems...that got me scared. By the way, CTS-V is absolutely beautiful in person.

Its not going to really affect the sales of the class leaders (BMW 3, Mercedes C, Audi A4, etc). But American cars are slightly improving in quality it seems! Atleast Cadillac is. :)
Perhaps they need to put more power and better handling in the CTS-V coupe, atleast better then the sedan, so that they can say it can keep up with Panamara Turbo on a track? Unlike the sedan. But then again, now this is a two door, so you wouldn't be comparing this to the Panamera.

I had never heard a negative comment about the sedan's handling until now!

Yeah, that's a damn hot looking car, and has all the ingredients to make an awesome car. The future is looking bright at Caddy if they keep the good work on the ATS and XTS.

The rear window is almost horizontal, and the back end looks like a wagon/hatch almost from an overview shot. Compare this to a 3 Series coupe, A5, etc.

wow GM, this car looks great... but... u took to long to come out w/ it and I kind of lost intrest... sorry.

Cadillac is going to be hurting when these don't sale in Texas. With that lowered roof there just ain't no room for yur' Stetson. I think it is nice, but I don't normally wear a hat with enough volume to hold a family of armadillos.

exactly, same thing happened with the camaro. cool, but lost all the hype when they kept prolonging the production model.
