whoever the owner of this car is, I hope will lose all his money soon. this is just not right whatever the reason for this crappy swimming incident might be.

well put. haha seriously, i'd be trying to wash it up and clean it out instead of letting it rot even more. even if it wouldn't help, it might make the car LOOK good while its in that dump. damnit. WHO is the owner? haha

I just find it funny how regular people hate on the rich when they crash an expensive supercar and say that if they had it they would never crash it! The fact is supercars are never easy to drive, no matter what technology you put in them, you are still putting way too much power under the driver's foot. The driver said that he got distracted by a bird and dropped his cell phone which I think is believable specially for a man of his age. Am also sure he is sad about losing his joy ride, if not then maybe he doesn't deserve the car. But I don't see why he deserves to lose all his money???

To Murcielago2006
Finally! Someone actually are smart enough to realise accidents happen, even with hypercars.. Thank you for being reasonable.

I don't get it. Why not just total it out? Am I missing something? I couldn't imagine what the cost of a proper repair will be. I bet I could probably buy a Lamborghini or Ferrari for the price though.

What does saltwater do to the Sterling Silver Horseshoe grill? ouch. Any word on what exactly the driver was doing on his phone. other than dropping it? Texting while driving?

I hope the car can roar back on the streets without issues...
*I guess the laws of the US are above aesthetics...those obligatory amber blinkers just ruin the lines of the front...

i find it weird that the owner of the video said that he had seen three or four Veyrons go into the water. not only due to the rarity of the event, but also because neither person in the video could properly identify what type of car it was!

damn, that looks so bad, look at those interiors, i wonder what the guy is thinking..

it looks like a damaged piece of art. It could happen to anyone, have you people ever had a car crash?
November 19, 2009 9:35 am
owell, one more useless car is off, next time be sure to ditch an r8...

Oh, no... shame. NOT AYOBA AT ALL. Wonder how such a repair (if repair is possible) will drop the value.

That's what I am saying. Some one on national TV should do a documentary on it. I think it would be educational.
