Engine supplier Cosworth expects USF1 to race in 2010.
Following FIA Senate president Nick Craw's recent backing of the rumour-ridden Charlotte based team, Cosworth's general manager Mark Gallagher also reveals that he expects a full grid in Bahrain next March.
The returning British supplier Cosworth is contracted to supply the new independent teams USF1, Campos and Manor.
"I can tell you that every team paid us and is working on the new car," Gallagher told the Italian website 422race.com.
"Of course each team is in a different place in its project. Some are very advanced, other are still at the beginning.
"But for sure, at the moment, we see all four teams are working hard and we have not seen any indication that they are stopping," he added.
Gallagher also played down suggestions the FIA improperly forced F1's new teams to sign supply contracts with Cosworth.
Referring to the FIA/FOTA breakaway war at the time of the 2010 team selection process, he said: "I think the only thing the FIA pushed for was for the teams to have an engine contract.
"I believe at that time Cosworth was the only company prepared to make a commitment for all of the teams," added Gallagher.
Gallagher also said he is "quite sure" that Red Bull will stay with Renault power next year, following speculation of a possible switch to Mercedes or Cosworth.
It had been rumoured that the dilution of Mercedes' relationship with McLaren could pave the way for a Red Bull/Mercedes engine deal, but it is believed that McLaren's veto on that arrangement stands.
