Ever since Audi launched the R8, people have been craving high performance variants. Quick to oblige, Audi responded by introducing the R8 GT3 and the street legal R8 V10.

Inspired by these two models, 23-year old industrial design student Marouane Bembli decided to go one step further by creating the R10. Featuring futuristic styling, the R10 is envisioned as a lightweight supercar with a V10 engine and a dry weight of 1200kg (2,645 lbs)

While just a flight of fancy, the overall design is impressive despite being a CGI dream.

Apparently Marouane Bembli is the twin brother of Verne Troyer.

Eh... I don't like it. Looks like something from a ridge racer game.

Wishful thinking if you asked me. No way the roof will be that short to the ground. No way the car will be that wide looking.

I love wide cars, but this car has less then 3% chances to be produced.

Looks like a squeezed R8

Umm wth. This is like an R8 with widened wheel arches and a cabin designed for midgets. Look at the doors for gods sake! How tiny do you have to be to be able to squeeze through them? Or then the car is speculated to be 8 meters long :D

The only thing less meaningful from WCF would be another picture of the Insignia or story about a special edition corvette.

For audi sake, I hope the R10 looks nothing like this. Apart from the front there appears to have no resemblence to the "R" hertiage. and frankly this looks horrible. The Roof is way too low.

the driver will sit very awkward looking out this car. either he will be sitting like a 3 year old on top of a paddle car, or he will be sitting inside it so much that he looks like a midget.

@ Miika You forgot to add Isuzu and Tata. And you listed Audi twice.

make the cab proportional to the bottom half of the car, and you have a pretty sweet design.

By any stretch of the imagination, this 'concept' should never be taken seriously by anyone, let alone Audi!

With a cockpit like that, Edavis is right. How the hell will anyone taller than 3'8" fit in it within any level of comfort.
