The Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS has been videotaped striking poses out in the evening. Nothing dramatic happens in the amateur clip so don't expect tyre smoke and squeals.

The car was created by Emile Pop and Justin de Boer in the Netherlands. It has a Corvette ZR1 powertrain, weighs 1280kg and runs on Tenzo 19-inch wheels. Being a retractable convertible the sports car can lose its top in 20 seconds. The interior features teak wood, alcantara, aluminium and carbon fibre materials.

Only 20 units at four a year, will be made for a speculated price of around €257,000 (US$385,200) a pop. Investors are still being sought while production should begin in late 2010.

It is soo incredible cool that cars like this goes to production! Too often you see concept cars, and then when these cars are going to production all the things you love in the concept has either been toned down, or just dropped dead! Look at the consept drawings and models of this car, They look almost the same!

The only thing i can comment on this car is the turning radius. Thats lame, though its a really fine automobile!

These are strange time we live in, while most automotive companies are getting greener some are doing the exact opposite with gas-guzzling super cars. It's a nice concept but I'd rather see a GREEN super car priced closer to a Porsche 911 or BMW M3. Do we really need another monster of a super car with power that will hardly be used, its like Paris Hilton riding around in her SLR McLaren it just makes no sense.

okay so the car looks kinda cool but the prototype's rear lights don't even work... ? wierd.. and i'm sorry that whole door opening thing is totally gay.. i'd rate it a thumbs down.. and why would anyone spend 350+ on something that Chevy has for $100.. (and that's even slow selling)

A 100K Chevy with four doors, a retractable hard top, and four seats? I must have missed that one.

Savage GTS would have sufficed. Jason will be driving this Halloween monster this Friday the 13th; watch your backs! Sick headlamps, brawny engine soundtrack, but does it have a future like the Spyker? Time will tell.
