i have officially lost respect for porsches... like... really now? a multimillion dollar car company files a law suit of rubber slipper makers. hahhahha that's pathetic, sad, and quite frankly the worst lawsuit i've ever seen or heard of. but seriously, change the letter Crocs and your good to go :P. problem is in most countries you can't register a number combintion as a trademark (hence the 'x86' architecture progressing from 286, 386, 486 to trademarkable terms such as pentium, penryn, celeron, i7, nano etc.

I despise Crocs... and stupid lawsuits - but considering they are called 'crocs' they should be naming their hideous slippers after crocs, and spell them accordingly. Considering they even added disgusting stripes to the things to mimick a car - I think they should lose this one.
