Fernando Alonso on Friday spent his first day at Ferrari's Maranello headquarters.
Although still under contract to Renault, the Spaniard arrived at his 2010 team's Italian base at 8am in time for a meeting with his new boss Stefano Domenicali.
Alonso, 28, also met with technicians, saw a wind tunnel model of the 2010 car, worked on his seating position, sampled the Fiorano test track at the wheel of a red 458 Italia, and closed the day with a 30 minute meeting with Luca di Montezemolo.
