AVUS Performance has unveiled a new tuning program for the Audi A4 Avant.

This particular model, dubbed the Black Arrow, features gloss black 21-inch wheels and a coilover suspension. The company also offers 19- and 20-inch wheels, LED taillights, and several matt wraps (black, white, etc).

Power comes from a 2.7-liter TDI engine, which is outfitted with a stage 1 performance ECU. Thanks to the electronic wizardry, the engine produces 230 bhp and 358 lb-ft of torque instead of 190 bhp and 295 lb-ft of torque.

If you don't have an A4 2.7 TDI, AVUS also offers performance upgrades for the 3.0 TDI and all other turbocharged engines.

AVUS PERFORMANCE - Audi A4 Avant - Black Arrow

About 70 per cent of all Audi A4s are sold as an Avant - that may be the reason why beautifulwagons are Avants. Unsurprisingly the new project car from AVUS PERFORMANCE is an AVANT with the 2.7L TDI engine and its 8 gear multitronic gearbox. Being equipped with that 190bhp engine the A4 is economic and quick at once.

For all those who need some more performane stage 1 ECU boosts the A4 from 190bhp and 295 lb/ft of torque up to 230bhp and 358 lb/ft . More performance upgrades are avaiable for the 3.0L TDI engine and all other turboed engines.

Besides more power the tuner takes it one step further and presents the worldwide first Audi A4 with 21" wheels. The individual gloss black rims perfectly fit the A4 Avant and even better in combination with the coilovers installed. Lowering springs and 19" or 20" are avaiable on request. Those of you who want to change even more might consider the A4 LED taillights or full car wrapping as an option (matt black, matt white etc. avaiable).

Very cool looking wagon. Matte black please. Although they should do something with the rear valance and exhaust to perk up the boring rear end.

''The force is strong with this one!'' Quad pipes would have been nice to give the rear more attitude, since this is DARTH VADER (trapezoidal grille) version. Still, it's sick son!
