i can't believe american car companies are so stupid that they don't sell their best cars in their own market... ford needs to bring this car to the US now!!, no one cares if it does 5 miles/gl less. I'll take this over an evo, sti, civic type r, etc

Good luck going round corners with that amount of power. Now it is like an American muscle car. Built for straight lines, not for corners.

Ever heard of RevoKnuckle? :) Evo tested the RS against a Ford GT on mountain roads in France and except for the long straights, the RS was always on the tail of the mighty GT. If this doesn't lend any credibility to the engineering behind this gem, then what will? ;)

That car won't have any problems going around corners. Fifth gear did a review of the Focus RS and the GTR through the twisty roads of England and if handled beautifully.

Huge fan of the RS and would love to drive one. This - for a FWD - does seem overkill and those wheels really don't do it for me. But heck, what do I know till I've driven this animal: that modified exhaust note must be HUGE.

Somehow I imagine this is what the next gen of the escort cosworth would look like had the focus not existed. It should literally have awd, what was ford thinking? Also not sold in north america, again what are they thinking?
