i love Audis. (i have one.) but i don't think that this will be able to compete with the Mini. i hope i'm proven wrong, but i just don't see it.

There is no MINI with AWD nor is the MINI RWD any longer. I think AWD might be the ace up Audi's sleeve when the S1 comes to market (if it comes to market).
