How come they are allowed to have the F1 on their name? I remember when Force India had their Fi which looked really close to F1, the FIA ruled that they should change their logo, because F1 is a trademark of some sort. And another thing, does anybody know why every time I comment, there's an empty entry ?

You're allowed to have "F1" in your name as long as it's followed by "Team", such as Toyota F1 Team.
