Nagoya, Japan-based kit car manufacturers Suzusho will be bringing their latest model to the Tokyo Motor Show. Called the Surpasse V, the Lotus look-a-like is a mid-engined sports car light enough to move quickly.
And move quickly it shall, thanks to the 2.3-liter DOHC Turbo engine from the Mazda3 MPS. The engine delivers 270 horsepower to the 850 kilogram car, resulting in a 3.1 kg per horsepower ratio. This is an impressive figure, especially considering that the car weighs 500 kilos less than the Mazda3 MPS itself.
The Suzosho Surpasse V will be introduced next week in Tokyo. The car should go on sale sometime in the middle of 2010.
Comments
Its just a good little independant sports car that uses some quality pieces from elsewhere, like the engine. Want to be different? Buy this, very few will have this and it has performance to back up its looks(within its price range, dont compare apples to oranges)
