The new Merc is definitely one hot ride, and compared with the older models, it's a well-executed modern day interpretation.

*Ahem* That would be Sedona, Arizona. Not California. It works to check the internet for the facts, not copy off of other websites.

Just calling it as I see it (copied off of another website). Plus I lived 40 minutes from Sedona Arizona, and know that area rather well...

Every time I look at 300 SL, coupe or roadster...God, thank you for the most beautiful cars ever!!! Flawless machines!!!
New SLS can't be compared with glorious 300 SL models but it is certainly one of a kind and beautiful modern day masterpiece from Merc AMG! I like it very much!

i once saw a '58 SL roadster parked next to a F430 and a Gallardo. people totally ignored the modern cars and took pictures of the SL , they look fantastic in the flesh.

I like this car a lot, but 4.6 metres for a sportscar is quite big.

I am buttered all over this car!
I'll have you baby!
@ Hemi, it's actually quite a small car. If you actually look at its scale in reference to humans you'll see. The IAA photos are a good indicator of its size.
