Another disappointment for Honda Fans like me. I like the current(3rd gen) Stepwgn a lot. Unlike the mainstream box-MPV style, it provided a new direction of style in both exterior and interior in its debut in 2005. Until now I think the design of the 3rd gen is still attractive and can said to be coherent to other Honda series, yet this 4th gen is disappointing which looks like a family of Mitsubishi Delica D5 and Nissan Serena rather than a Honda. What is in the mind of Honda? Without a good design, mere technology breakthrough cannot give a good sale.

"Honda has designed it to be attractive"??? Step BKWRDS! Honda, hire some designers, please! I don't know that this even counts as styling. There are countless cool minivans in Japan (even the Nissan Elgrand is kinda cool, despite looking like a shrunken American RV). Have you forgotten your own history of innovative one-box designs? City? JDM Odyssey? 1984 Civic?

Actually, the fuel consumption info above is definately wrong. The Japanese are used to caculate it as km/L, not L/100 KM as Europeans do. This car is doing a really good 14.2km/l, considering it's heavy weight and it's air resistance. The only problem on this car is it's styling. I personally like the design of the current (3rd gen) body design. However, 14.2km/l of fuel efficiency is irresistable for such an MPV.
