This car really disappoints. Don't like it at all, especially with that Panamera ass.

I can hear "Panamera ass" again... Was Porsche the first manufacturer to build such a type of exterior? And do you believe that Bugatti copied Porsche car if there is less than a year between these two cars being shown to the public? If Porsche released Panamera 3 months later, would say it has awful Galibier ass?

What's your problem. I'm just saying the ass end of the car resembles that of a Panamera and it's pretty damn ugly, quite unfitting for a car of its magnitude.
October 2, 2009 6:05 pm
I don't have a problem. You have a problem, cause involve Panamera in an article about Bugatti, when such a type of exterior existed for many years!
October 2, 2009 6:31 pm
Aw, I'm sorry. Are you upset that I think this car is ugly especially because to me it resembles a Panamera? Don't cry about it here. Correct that such an ass has existed on automobiles for many years, but on such expensive and exclusive cars like the Panamera and a Bugatti? I think not. Completely unfitting. Get over your issues boy.

What kinds of cars these days are hatchbacks? Excluding that monstrority Panamera, none that have much class at all. Maybe this car would've been more appreciated back when station wagons were popular. For this type of money, people want sedans and supercars, not a hatchback.
October 3, 2009 2:48 pm
ohhh, so you don't know that it is the traditional shape for old Bugatti cars, including some 90's prototypes and beauties from thirties?
October 3, 2009 9:06 pm
Clearly, you realize but we're not in the 30's anymore. And the concepts during the 90's that NEVER MADE PRODUCTION were legitimate sedans with separate trunks, not hatchback 5 doors 2 very different things. Nice try though.

The car does'nt look like panamera. It looks like the previous version of bugatti eb 112.
In fact, panamera looks like eb 112
October 2, 2009 1:24 pm
Agreed.
And to all those later on commenting on it having 1001bhp, reread the flamin' article!
October 2, 2009 2:46 pm
why would anyone buy a 1001Hp four doors car ?!
1.4 millions !
stay on the original Vayron ! BUGATTI !
October 2, 2009 1:25 pm
The Reallity is, why woud you have a luxury sedan that is 3 TIMES more expensive than a RR Phantom or a Maybach? Plus, I don't see the point of putting 1000+ HP in it, exept for claiming the title of the most powerfull sedan the world ever built.
October 2, 2009 2:20 pm
The design really lacks passion in the lines. Something you do feel when looking at the RR Ghost and Bentley Mulsanne. And the front lights?!!!!! ay yyayy.
They just made is huge to give it some presence. EB218 is a much better design
October 2, 2009 1:27 pm
u could say its concept is similar to the Panamera?s BUT it is much better executed.
what an amazing vehicle, fu*k downsizing, hell yeah!
October 2, 2009 1:30 pm
similar concept as Panamera? Why, because it has 4 doors? I know which one will drive more like a sportscar and it's not the most powerful one. Just like the Veyron is not really a 'sports' car, it's too heavy. As much as I prefer a Carrera GT over a Veyron, that much I prefer a Panamera over this thing. Doesn't mean I can't accept the Veyron, and probably this, will be extremely fast.
October 2, 2009 7:58 pm
if memory serves me correctly, 220mph wouldn't be enough to give it the title of world's fastest sedan. the title would remain with the C-Class derived Brabus Bullit
October 2, 2009 1:35 pm
they priced it way high it should be around 400-500 thousand pounds not 900000 overpriced
October 2, 2009 1:35 pm
Having just looked at the Rapide, this is now very ugly. It's saving grace is its tremendous speed, but even still I wouldn't want that in a four door. If someone offered me a choice, I would take the Rapide.
October 2, 2009 1:36 pm
the car reminds me of volkswagen's 2001 D1 Phaeton concept car, i mean the Panamera's butt

The back of this car is a carbon copy of the Opel Insignia CONCEPT car back in 2003. For those of you who dont remember the insignia concept car, ive taken the liberty of posting a link:

...it was reported earlier that VW would not keep this plaform unique to the Panamera as Porsche had earlier stated and it is the same car underneath as the Panamera so that explains the rear and boot shape of this car. ...it would not be my choice if I had the money to spend but it's not unattractive either...I think that for a million + Bugatti should have it's own unique design and be alot more stylish than this...
October 2, 2009 3:20 pm
LOL!! The same platform cause they have similar boots! How funny is that? What a platform has to do with a boot design? So you think that Estate cars and saloons are built on a different platforms? hahah
October 2, 2009 6:33 pm
i like it a lot and i dont think that is overpriced for such a car but i think you buy quality . im trying to imagine it in the sun that brushed aluminium... ohhh
October 2, 2009 3:22 pm
This car is total nonsense. But the good thing about it, and the people that buy this kind of cars is that the crazier they go with the numbers, the more it sells. You have to remember that this is not for the rich, it's for the MEGARICH. Why would they care if it's 1 mil,or 2. They will be happy to pay more!
October 2, 2009 3:58 pm
does the last sentence mean you will actualy start attending motor shows?
October 2, 2009 4:46 pm
Perfect example of one buying to ones ego Simon Cowell from american idol has a bugatti veyron. LOL This car is rediculous. should never be made.Bugatti can make beautiful cars but responsible ones not so much.
October 2, 2009 5:44 pm
