How about Australia? Please can there be at least just one McLaren dealership Down Under. Please please please. Dear Mr Ron Dennis: Bring McLaren Down Under. There will be a decent load of buyers in this part of the world ( including me ). And if we're able to make the Stuart Highway a no-speed-limit zone, then such an utterly awesome car will have a great playground to use its twin-turbo V8. So please, send McLaren to Australia. Cause after all, we're not all 'a mere bunch of convicts that should be on a tighter leash'.

key difference: this has nothing in common with the evora while the gallardo/r8 are born of many of the same parts . . .

Haha. I don't know if its the shape of the car or what, but every time I look at this car I think Evora too! But I know damn well that this thing is on a totally different level. This thing has got to be fast!

10 dealerships in the U.S? I think that's a bit overkill. Truly, for a car like this you would only really need 3 dealerships, 5 at max. I think that the people who have the money to buy the cars, would not mind spending a bit more for delivery cost. How much would it cost to establish a single dealership in the U.S. and keep it running you think? I say establish yourself in the top 3 U.S. cities, try and maximise profits (because chances of having a good number in market demand should be high in those cities) and see what happens. Taking on 10 dealerships at the beginning is a tad bit risky in these times.

well they are going to be coming with at least two more models so it makes sense given future expansion of the brand name. but i will agree that ten cities is a bit much. i would just put myself in 5 or 6 of the wealthiest markets.
