It's nothing more than a midcycle facelift. There are no sheetmetal changes (the body crease is not more pronounced), only new "soft" trim like the bumpers, grille and lights. This car's only entering its fourth model year...don't expect anything major for two more years. But it does look blander with the new trim...dumb move if they want to take sales away from Camry and Accord. You don't do that by standing out less.

Looks more refined and even more athletic. Good midcycle change.
I have friends who their camry and love it, and some who have altimas and love it even more. I personally like the way the altima is smooth yet you feel the chassis is tighter and more ready.
