German tuners Arden are giving a few hints about the direction they will take with the Jaguar XJ.  Just introduced at Frankfurt, Arden is working on a series of aerodynamic and performance measures to improve the vehicle.

From the rendering, it appears that the Arden XJ 351 will also receive a new front spoiler, and more angled side sills.

Amongst the changes, expect to see a retuned engine, power train, and exhaust.  A new suspension, brake kit, and 21-inch wheels will also be present.  If history is any indication, expect a new gear lever, aluminum pedals, and floor mats to also be present included.

The new XJ is the best looking luxury motor period. And it will no doubt be one of the most luxurious motors in the world.

Yes. I hope they add a bottlid spoiler of some sort too. I still struggle with the rear of the new XJ just a little.

I agree as well, I am not feeling the lights on the back. The back lights remind me of the Citroen C6. I just don't see how this design hold true to English Style. I think the new Bently Mulsanne did an amazing job of both moving forward in design while still staying with the brands core style.

@nederina: The rolls royce ghost is a good car

but its nowhere in the xj's league. the ghost looks slab sided and heavy while the XJ looks light and agile.

this is the best looking four door car out there

The new XJ is up there with Rolls Royce and Bentley, the German cars are very generic in comparison to this flashy Jag.

i have seen few 2010 bimmer 7 in my city, i gotta say its so nice and luxury, better than S class and boxy A8. However, this jag is perfect in its class, looks better than these cars, my choice would be like: jag XJ, Bimmer 7, S class, Lexus LS460, the ugly boxy A8 is out of date, just for chinese , cuz they love it more than the whole world together do.

Jaguar have got the midas touch at the moment, everything they bring out is first class quality.

Hmmm, being that I like a car that performs, I'll take the car that most of you will bash and make fun of me for, the Panamera. I'm fine with it, make fun, and I'll wave in my rear view mirror as you see my tail lights get farther and farther. Bye!!!!

The last thing any Porsche Panamera driver wants, is for someone to see the arse end of their car lol :D

I think this Supercharged 5.0 V8 Jag will be able stay with the Panamera quite comfortably myself anyway. I've seen the XFR stay with a Ferrari 550 Maranello until 155mph limiter kicks in, watch it on Youtube below,

Sniff glue much? The Panamera has beaten all comers by 8 seconds around their Leipzig track. 8 seconds! That my friend, isn't staying quite comfortably, that is complete anihilation. And just to remind you, the turbo does 0-60 in 4 seconds flat. That is with no tuning. Once the tuners get their hands on the car it will be a 4 door that weighs 4300lbs and does 0-60 in the 3's??? Good luck Jag, hahahaha, good luck!
