0-100km/h in 6,5 seconds with this much power... Any decent RWD car with 200hp can achieve that. I guess it is FWD issue, even the Focus RS has limited 0-100 compared with its power.

Yes it is. The Golf MK6 GTI R will have AWD and that helps it to around 5.6 seconds (as did the Audi S3 years ago). Why not on the Scirocco R is anyone's guess.
