I still have a hard time with the over-done front lights. The rest of it is awesome.

Just saw the real deal live in the skin at the show- WOW!!!!!!! Pictures do NOT do this machine justice. This car is absolutely gorgeous, the curves and the proportions are pure sex! Let me tell you, I was one of the haters when I first saw the pics here but that has been completely phased out by feelings of lust. PS* it's gonna cost 300k here in the US.

I have mix feelings. Maybe once I see it in person, it might change my view about this car.

Either put different colours or M.schumacher or girls or 3d horse logo [front], it still looks very ugly & very incomplete. At least the F430 & F430 scuderia had sex appeal but this is bad. So Michael how is your neck, it still looks in bad shape & take care.

Wow, you people have just awful taste. This car has been universally lauded as on of the best looking Ferrari's in decades.
September 15, 2009 7:23 pm
Well my friend, it's being universally lauded as one of the UGLIEST Ferraris in decades by us.

These are one of those love/hate cars. Pictures do it no justice, but imagine seeing this in real life! This would be magnificent.

I agree completely. I also thought it was ugly at the beginning but the fact of the matter is that whenever you see this car for the first time you will be awestruck. That said, the front has grown on me but the back is still meh, but just like the Panamera it will grow on me.

the 1st time I saw its pics, it's ugly at the front and back, the side is good.
But after time, the front is beautiful, if a bit square, beautiful side, but the silver bit doesn't work and the back is plain awful
so it's ruin by some minor stuff

Wait till you see it on the road, like an E class: ugly in pics, nice in real.

i'm objective , i'm not a Ferrari fan , but i respect the brand and i like some of their cars. but i don't like anything on this car, not one bit. and the cracks near the horrible headlights are the worst. Pininfarina was a bad choice for this car , they just can't do good looking form-follows-function cars. there were several ugly Ferrari models, but this one is by far the ugliest.
i understand why Ferrari fans like this car , but for people who don't get all wet when they hear the Ferrari name, this car just looks ugly.

This could be one of the worst Ferrari designs I've seen. Very unproportional everywhere. Guess I'd have to see it in person to really judge it.

...and whatever happened to a good ol' stickshift and clutch?
September 15, 2009 8:32 pm
This car is going to be playing catch up with the LP560 for a long time to come. The LP560 is so much more technologically advanced and has a higher top speed by 2MPH. Try again Ferrari.
September 15, 2009 8:35 pm
I don't know that you can argue the LP is more technologically advanced than this, it is a six year old chassis now.
September 15, 2009 10:38 pm
I don't care if the LP560 is more or less technologically advanced than this, it looks 1000000 times better than this hideous Ferrari.
September 16, 2009 6:53 pm
Now that is italian! They sure did not keep the 430 around for long.
