Lexus will debut updated versions of the LS, GS, IS, and IS-F sedans at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

As we previously reported, the facelifted 2010 LS receives new front and rear bumpers, a revised grille, and updated rearview mirrors with integrated LED turn signals. Other exterior changes include redesigned wheels, modified fog lights, and restyled taillights. Inside, the LS will boast minor trim changes, added equipment, and several new high-tech options.

While the LS gets a full facelift, the GS and IS sedans only receive typical model year updates. The 2010 GS features a slightly altered grille (the GS hybrid adopts horizontal slates), updated audio and navigation systems, and new exterior colors. Likewise, the IS sedan also adopts revised electronics, a new F-Sport package, and subtle interior and exterior styling updates. The high performance IS-F is scheduled to receive a limited-slip differential as well as the IS' updates.

Look for more information to be released when the models are officially unveiled later this month.

Camry is FWD, IS,GS and LS - RWD, so your comment was just a waste of virtual space.

Not quite, I hate the Camry, but I like the IS very much, and Lexus has it's own style that adopted when they abandoned the old square Merc inpired style, it's called the L-Finesse, and by definition it's more elegant then sporty. But I see that this upgraded style is adding some sporty lines too. Even the LS600h has a bit of LS400 in it.

I had a LS460L for the weekend and I have to say I love that machine. Love the V8 muted Nascar grunt as is supremely comfortable and well balanced too. Works well in the motorway effortlessly but struggles on the bendy bits of the road - i blame the wooden numb steering feel. The LS460L feels very bespoke and you just know that it is not like a Toyota but more like Mercedes-Benz in the 90s. It is great that they have the L-Finesse design language for its luxury car but i am disapointed with Toyota for carrying over Lexus design cues down to their smaller cheaper cars what makes Lexus ordinary. The question is, are they serious of distancing both Toyota and Lexus brand?

the IS range here in australia sells really well, i would buy one if i had the money over the BMW 3 series and Mercedes Benz C class or Audi A4 The IS and GS would handle alot better then some crappy camry 4 cylinder or Aurion 6 cylinder (both FWD) YUCK! all of the lexus models now are 4WD or RWD it never made sense to me why they had a model which was FWD a few years ago the old ES, that was basically a camry re-done by lexus your both wrong about the models. you need to do some research before you say stupid things :S

are they trying to make the LS-H look boxy up front, rather than more sleek, taut, and detailed?

am I mistaken I thought the ES, HS, and RX models were front drivers? I don't think andrew understands that his country is only exported a few select models...

i love toyota. my first car was an mr2 turbo and that made me love toyota because that car had character and a spirit. they used to make fun cars to drive but now they seem to be placing less effort in creating something above and beyond what anyone else is doing. These lexus vehicles look superb and i have no doubt that they are worth every red cent because i can say they are great cars but they are lacking that type of thing that grabs me and makes me want to get one. not sure what it is though. maybe after the 90s passed and later in the new millenium they lost that passion and decided to go the way of all other german car manufacturers for the subtle, less lines in the body look, didnt work well for the bmw 7 series a few years back and is not working here, please add different front fascias to these for enhanced looks!

I dont know what passion you are referring to...Lexus has ALWAYS (until the IS) been referred to as Boring...since the first LS in 1989. Car magazines such as Automobile, Car & Driver, MotorTrend etc...have voiced the same comments....one of those magazines said Lexus was as exciting as dishwater...while they say Toyota makes cars that look like home appliances...reliable but boring...put a Camry grill/front fascia on that Lexus 600h and no one would know the difference...

The IS with F-Sport pack looks very nice, it would make a great WTCC car.
